Family Therapy
Family counseling, or family therapy, is a method to develop and maintain healthy and functional family relationships.
The goal is to identify and address problems in the family. These issues could be emotional, psychological, or behavioral.
Many approaches to family therapy stem from family systems theory. This suggests that families work in systems rather than groups of people who function independently of each other.
Couples Counseling
Couples therapy is a form of psych that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. If you are having relationship difficulties, you can seek couples therapy to help rebuild your relationship.
“Couples therapy can address a wide range of relationship issues, including recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, an affair, issues related to sex, or difficulties due to external stressors,”

Evaluations include but are not limited to the following types of concerns:
· Specific Learning Disabilities
· Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
· Autism Spectrum Disorders
· Anxiety/Depressive Disorders
